Our Story

We built the solution we wished existed.

We’re a Christmas product manufacturer in Thailand. Our work is seasonal, so during peak months we need a lot of warehouse space to store for Christmas.

When we started looking near Bangkok, what we found were year-long leases, buildings with no security, 3PLs pushing unnecessary integrations, and self-storage units that were too small or too expensive for our needs.

So after a lot of frustration, we finally decided to build our own.

Now we help individuals and businesses in Bangkok access straightforward, reliable storage without the usual complications of going back and forth endlessly. We built more space than we needed, and we’re simply sharing the extra room.

500 Baht per square meter per month. Net.
Yes, one month. Unfortunately we don't do daily or weekly rentals.
Yes, a one month deposit will also be taken in advance. This is to ensure that in the case payments are not made on time, we will deduct from the deposit. The deposit will be refunded (minus any deductions) once the contract has been terminated.
Most personal and business items are welcome, including:

• Household goods (E.g. Furniture, boxes of clothing, toys)
• Business inventory (Documents, office furniture, product boxes)
• Vehicles (Cars, motorcycles)
• Seasonal items (Christmas Products)
• Palletized goods

We cannot store hazardous, illegal, or perishable items.
No, at this time we do not. While we do have packing equipment in the facility they are for our other business. If you ask nicely maybe we'll give you a helping hand.
1. You tell us how much space you need by sending us a message, and we send you an invoice and contract.
2. You pay us, we let you drop off what you want to store in the designated area.
3. We leave the stuff there until you come pick it up or your storage period expires.
Access hours are Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. For special access outside these hours, contact us in advance. During access you cannot tour the rest of the facility
No, other customers do not have access to your goods. We do not allow random people into the facility.

Our staff are on site and will not touch your goods either. If you want to protect your goods more feel free to put a lock on a box or wrap it in plastic.
Very secure. We have a guard on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We monitor our facility with CCTV.

We have staff present every day, so goods are not left unattended.

Yes. We can arrange for a ramp for you to drive your vehicle into the facility.

When your storage period ends, we will contact you immediately.

If we don't hear back, we will continue deducting fees from your deposit until it reaches zero.

If the deposit is fully used and we still cannot reach you, we will dispose of the items.

We do not sell insurance directly, but we can help you arrange coverage through third-party providers if needed. As for our facility, the building is ensured.
